Kasiviswanathan KsDr. Kasiviswanathan K S is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee's Department of Water Resources Development and Management. Quantification of uncertainty in hydrological models was the focus of his PhD thesis. Reervoir operation, flood forecasting, geographic data analysis, multi-objective optimization, uncertainty, and risk quantification are among his current research interests at IIT Roorkee. He has received numerous prestigious awards, including the American Geophysical Union's Berkner Fellowship, the International Association of Hydrological Sciences' Sivapalan Young Scientist Award, the Department of Science and Technology's Early Career Research Award, and the University of Calgary's Eyes High Postdoctoral Fellowship.
