Karl LillrudFrom the point where I started kindergarten, I was always looking for challenges to solve and to invent my own solution rather than choosing a previously known solution. But as a professional, it started in 1996 when I was 16 years old and started myfirst company. Since then I have gone full circle. I have been running several companies and at one point in time, I started to work as a management consultant to help even fortune 500 organizations to overcome their challenges. As a result of being ahead of my time with offshore outsourcing, I had years of experience when other organizations started to outsource to low-cost countries. This resulted in me educating organizations about the entire process of outsourcing and how to make a success. I realized I had gathered much experience that proved to be of value to many organizations and started to work more and more with public speaking. Soon becoming a speaker that organizers were booking from around the world where I specialized in the topics of consumer behavior, eCommerce, retail, growth online, and entrepreneurship. I have been invited to do TEDx talks several times and found the time to do two, the first one was on the topic of how to do the impossible and the second one about how to make better use of your subconscious mind. Being a speaker at events is of great interest to me and I see how I can empower people but just as in kindergarten I wanted to do more and the next natural step was to become an author and today I have published 4 books and become a bestselling author.
