Karen KnorrKaren Knorr (USA/UK) was born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany in 1954 and was raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico in the 1960s. She finished her education in Paris and London, and has taught, exhibited and lectured internationally, including at TateBritain, Tate Modern, The University of Westminster, Goldsmiths, Harvard and The Art Institute of Chicago. Her works are in the collections of the Tate and Victoria & Albert Museum, London, Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris and Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris, SFMOMA, San Francisco, National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto, and Museum of Art and Photography (MAP) in Bangalore, among others.
