She was a muralist for 20 years specializing in Children's rooms. Eventually she transitioned from mural painting to illustating several best-selling books including Goodnight St. Louis, Good Morning Sanibel, Good Morning Door County, Good Night Door County, Train Your Brain (FUNdaMentals for Focusing), and The House That Moved.
