Karar Mahmoud

Karar Mahmoud is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering at Aswan University, Egypt, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Electrical Engineering of Aalto University, Finland. He has authored or co-athored several publications in top-ranked journals, including IEEE journals, international conferences, and book chapters. His research interests include power systems, renewable energies, smart grids, distributed generation, optimization, applied machine learning, the IoT, industry 4.0, and high voltage.
