Kaitlyn McConnellSeventh-generation Webster County resident Kaitlyn McConnell has always had an appreciation for the history of the area. At age 17, McConnell became the Landmarks columnist for the Marshfield Mail, where she highlighted a different historic county feture every week. McConnell was selected as the History Channel's Save Our History Student of the Year in 2007. She is actively involved in the Webster County Historical Society and served as president in 2008.
