K WendtK Wendt has been dreaming of becoming an author and writing for as long as she can remember. Her first published book was Duncy, a children's story illustrated by her teenaged son, Monte. Publishing that book inspired her to chase her dreams. Since ten, she has published five more children's books, a book of poetry, and a novel she began years ago.
