K B BreckinridgeOriginally from Dallas, K.B. has lived in North Carolina, New York, Austin, and DC. While she'll always think of herself as a Texan, she now calls New Orleans "home". K.B. earned her BA from Duke University and an M.Ed. from the University of Texas a Austin. Her career path has zig-zagged from teaching to healthcare consulting to counseling to college programming to Federal Grant management to strategic consulting. It now, theoretically, includes writing. K.B. is married to Alex Breckinridge, a 4th generation Louisiana attorney and the son of a preacher man.
