Junliang ZhangProf. Junliang Zhang obtained his B.S. degree in Chemistry in 1997 from Tianjin University and PhD degree from the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2002 under the supervision of Prof. Shengming Ma. Then he worke as a postdoctoral fellow successively in University of Cologne (Humboldt Fellowship) and then University of Chicago. In 2006, he joined East China Normal University as a full professor. Then he moved to Fudan University in 2017 as professor of chemistry. His recent research interests include enyne chemistry, small ring chemistry and recently focus on developing novel chiral sulfinamide-based phosphine ligands in asymmetric catalysis.
