He holds the B.A. degree from American Baptist College (ABTS) in Nashville, Tennessee (1960), and the M.Div. and D.Min. degrees from Vanderbilt Divinity chool (1968 and 1975, respectively). While a teacher at heart, Dr. Scruggs is an outstanding pastor and profound preacher.
