Julius FondongJulius Fondong is Policy Analyst and Governance Expert who previously worked for the Cameroon Government as a Civil Administrator. He has also served with several U.N. Peace Operations around the world. His professional and academic interests have lagely focused on governance and institution building in conflict and post-conflict environments. Fondong is former World Bank Scholar and an Edward S. Mason Fellow of Public Policy and Strategic Management at Harvard University's Kennedy School, from where he obtained a Master's in Public Administration (MPA).
