Julie L SeelyJulie L. Seely is a graduate of Wellesley College and the Tufts University, School of Medicine. She is a consultant in women's health education and telehealth. In 2010, she began a second career writing about the legacy of her grandfather, Nathan T. eely Sr., one of the first African American builders in Westchester County, New York. Her first project, a screenplay, Skinny House, was shortlisted at the 2011 Gotham Screen and International Film Festival. Upcoming creative projects in production at Skinny House LLC include a picture book for children and a musical inspired by her grandfather's story and the famous house he built in Mamaroneck in 1932.
