Julie L FigueroaJulie L. Figueroa is an associate professor in the Ethnic Studies Department at California State University, Sacramento. Dr. Figueroa grew up in San Jose, California and is one of four children born to Mexican immigrant and migrant parents, Macedonioand Maria Figueroa.
