Bought my first property in 1977, refurbished it then sold it a year later for more than double it's purhase price.Through my life I have had three children, got for grandchildren, renovated five properties and sold three of them for more than double their purchase price, kept one to live in and the last as a rental property becoming a Private Landlord.
