Julia Hüttner

Julia Hüttner is Professor of English Language Education at the University of Vienna. Her research interests include bilingual education with English, both at secondary (CLIL) and at tertiary level, with a focus on classroom interction, as well as teacher and learner beliefs. She is chair of the EU-funded ‘CLIL Network for Languages in Education: Towards bi- and multilingual disciplinary literacies, comprising around 240 researchers from across Europe (https://www.clilnetle.eu/). Beyond bilingual education, her research addresses language teacher education, currently focused on the integration of research literacy in (future) language teachers as part of the Erasmus+ project Realitea (https://www.realitea.info/).
