Julia HermannJulia Hermann (PhD, EUI, Florence, 2011) is an Assistant Professor in Ethics of Technology at Eindhoven University of Technology. She has held research and teaching positions at Utrecht University, Maastricht University and the European Intra-Universty Centre of Human Rights and Democratisation in Venice-Lido. In 2015, Palgrave Macmillan published her book On Moral Certainty, Justification and Practice: A Wittgensteinian Perspective. Julia has published on topics such as moral competence, moral intuitionism and moral progress. Her papers appeared in Ethical Theory and Moral Practice, Ratio, and in edited volumes published by Bloomsbury, Campus, and Springer, amongst others.
