Juli KendallA lifelong teacher, including a professional partnership with coauthor Outey Khuon for 15 years, Juli Kendall taught kindergarten through eighth grade and was a Literacy Specialist. She held a master's degree in Multicultural Education and a Bilingua Specialist Credential in Spanish. She was a National Board Certified Teacher and a certified Reading Recovery Teacher in both English and Spanish, and wrote a reading/writing Journal for MiddleWeb for several years.
