Judy BarceloDr. Barcelo obtained her master's degree in school administration from Cal State San Bernardino, later completing her doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership from La Sierra University, in Riverside, California. She and her retired pastr husband, currently working as a prison chaplain, reside in Susanville, California, where she enjoys reading, writing, practicing piano, playing Scrabble, and keeping up with friends and family, including her grown daughter, who is also a writer.
