Judy A KimmelJudy Kimmel, mother of their two grown daughters and wife of Joel, grew up exploring the world and living in various countries throughout her father's diplomatic career. She spent her earlier life working in the areas of education, marketing, persona growth, and transformative management. Her career encompasses the fields of elementary education, retail and franchise management, business coaching, and nonprofit organizational expansion and strategy. Being an accomplished artist and avid rower, she has a unique, creative perspective on life. Judy has played strategic roles in Hawken Day School, in Supercuts Corporation as franchisee and marketing consultant, in Primo's Coffee Company as owner of eleven retail locations, and in Kimmel & Company as consultant and coach. Her nonprofit engagement includes The est Foundation, the Beyond War Foundation, The Peace Alliance, and the Marin Rowing Association, establishing and expanding their outreach and national impact. She has been featured in Inc. magazine, MARIN magazine, and CBS 60 Minutes Bay Area and is the Recipient of the Marin County Democratic Peacebuilder Award. Her passion will always be coaching and inspiring good management in the public sector as well as serving on a number of different nonprofit boards.
