JP Lambiase



JP Lambiase is a South Korean adoptee who was raised by Italian parents. He arrived in the US with just one sock on, but he had a passion for food and comedy that would eventually lead him to YouTube stardom. JP's love for foodbegan when he worked at Bill Greys in Rochester, where he learned valuable lessons about cooking. Meanwhile, he was always the class clown, and he worked tirelessly to hone his comedic skills. JP's comedic ambitions ultimately led him to meet Julia Goolia at the theatre where she hosted her open mic. The two realized their shared passion for creating junk food videos together. Initially, they aimed to make actually healthy junk food at home, but when they created a YouTube channel, they couldn't use that name. So, they decided to go with HellthyJunkFood, a playful name that allows them to explore all sorts of food-related concepts. Their videos have since evolved from healthy to giant to challenges and hacks.
