Joël VacheronJoël Vacheron is a journalist and sociologist writing mainly about music, photography and design. He is interested in the impact of innovative projects on the production of recurrent narratives and aesthetics concerning everyday technologies. He is a editor of VERITIES magazine and his substantial writings have appeared in various blogs, magazines, catalogues and monographs. He recently co-authored two publications, PostWestern (2013) and Dadabot (2015), which deals with contemporary forms of creolization. Joël Vacheron is currently a Lecturer and Researcher in Visual Communication at ECAL / Lausanne and is undertaking a PhD in Social sciences about the representation of globalization.
