Joy M KemmerJoy Mitchell Kemmer has a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from Berea College in Kentucky. She married Mitch in 2000 in Tennessee and they were farming and raising children. She fed her large family many wild game dishes after hunts with Mitch and they rew in popularity. After opening Spartan Hunting Preserve in 2008 she offered many dishes to the guests at the Lodge that soon became requested favorites. Some of the recipes featured here have been contributed by other extended family as well as frequent clients at the Lodge.
