Joslyn CaldwellJoslyn Caldwell: I was born and raised in California where I grew up in a single parent home. I found my love for writing at the age of 12. My first poem was called "A Woman Weeps", it was a piece that spoke on how women suffer in silence. I fell in ove with writing after that and went on to recite poems in church. Through high school and college I always made sure to take a Creative Writing class at some point. My work displays my thoughts, feelings and humor while often showcasing my battle with dyslexia.
