Josephine LayJosephine Lay is a poet and author living mid-way between Gloucester and Cheltenham. She has a jnt. BA(Hons) in Creative Studies in Eng. & English Lit. and an MA in Creative Writing for Young People from Bath Spa University. In 2018 Josephine had twofalls: one in February and one in July, both resulting in concussion and a period of post-concussion syndrome in the Autumn of that year. This precipitated Josephine into writing poetry and she joined The Gloucestershire Poetry Society (GPS). She became host of 'Squawkers' - a lively, monthly poetry event in Cheltenham and since the Pandemic, Josephine hosts the online Zoom event, 'Crafty Crows', which has become highly successful and International.
