Joseph LeonardI, Joseph A. Leonard, was born on March 4, 1944, I started to train in Martial Arts in 1958. After having over 50 Years of Martial Arts Experience in Bridgeport Conn., including 15 Months over Sea in India, I Started to Teach Martial Arts and Exercis Classes in Bridgeport Conn. 1969, I opened my first Martial Arts and exercise School on St. Thomas V.I. in 1975. I decided to publish this exercise book that it may help other Martial Artist and Individuals who are involved in Athletic sports Activities and Gymnasiums.
