He is co-director of Begastri (Cehegin) and the Martyrium of La Alberca (Murcia) and member of the research team of Los Villaricos (Mula), Los Cantos (Bullas), Coimbra del Barranco Ancho (Jumilla), Phoenician Mazarron (Mazarron), Heracleopolis Magna and Oxyrhynchus (Egypt). Pedro David Conesa Navarro has a PhD in History from the University of Murcia and the University of Rome - Tor Vergata. He has been a visiting researcher at Rome, Cambridge, Heidelberg, and Hamburg. He was Professor of Ancient Art in UAB and currently holds a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Murcia.
