Jorge Ferreras Gutierrez

Jorge A. Ferreras Gutiérrez is Tax Inspector and currently is Financial Counsellor at the Spanish Permanent Representation to the European Union. He was previously Deputy Competent Authority for International Taxation at General Directoratefor Taxation in the Ministry of Finance of Spain. He obtained Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), studied at the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) under an exchange programme and obtained a Major in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden). He is also a frequent speaker at international tax conferences and author of articles related to international taxation, in particular BEPS project.
