Joni Swedlund​ ​ Joni Swedlund retired from her corporate career to start her own business. Her past 26 years as a female executive and partner with Deloitte fueled her passion to see more empowered women and girls in leadership positions which led toher founding the Inner Rock Group. She also has a passion for writing including children's stories, spiritual fiction, leadership and business-related development programs and materials, and original songs.
