John Martin RamsayJohn Martin Ramsay graduated from Berea College with a B.S. degree in Vocational Agriculture and fourteen years later was awarded a Ph.D in Animal Breeding from Iowa State University. His experiences in life have been many and varied and he has writtn about many of them. He joined the faculty at Warren Wilson College at age 22, was appointed Director of the John C. Campbell Folk School at age 37, and was Director of Recreation Extension at Berea College for 21 years until retirement. He developed a Danish-American Exchange program, organized the Folk College Association of America, was selected as an Ageless and Remarkable St. Louisan, and is now a podcaster for Medici MediaSpace in St Louis.
