He also holds an affiliate professor appointment on USF′s faculty ofEnvironmental Science and Policy and is past chair of the Organizations and the Natural Environment Division of the Academy of Management. He serves on the Editorial Review Boards of Human Relations, Organization, Organization Science, Leadership Quarterly, Leadership, and the Journal of Workplace Rights.
