John L Hodge

John L HodgeJohn L. Hodge has written books, essays and letters addressing democracy, racism, sexism, elitism, the separation of religion and government, and the misdirected interpretation by the U.S. Supreme Court of the free speech clause of the First Amendmen. His writings critically assess the role of European intellectual history in advancing anti-democratic concepts. He explains how real democracy is based on an ethical concept derived from an expanded golden rule. He has a Ph.D. in philosophy from Yale University, a law degree from the University of California (Berkeley Law), and a bachelors degree in mathematics from the University of Kansas. He is a retired healthcare lawyer and a former professor of philosophy. Read More Read Less
