If you have not read other books in the series, you may be confused about the references and "reveals" in this story. All my books should be read inthe same order in which they were published (in the same order that I wrote them). However, I recognize a bias because it is impossible to imagine the takeaway from any book or story without knowing all the previous installments. I worry that "skipping around" in the series could ruin certain reveals in other books. It is difficult to wrap my mind around reading the stories differently and impacting the reading experience.
