John BettiJohn Betti was born in Fano, the city where he currently lives and works. He received a classical education and a degree in veterinary medicine, then attended the Academy of Fine Arts and the School of Ornamental Arts in Rome and the Raffaello Academ in Urbino. As a painter, illustrator, graphic artist, and humorist, he has collaborated and continues to collaborate with advertising agencies, nationally renowned companies, and various publishers of children's books. For over 30 years, he has been creating cartoons for the daily newspaper Il Resto del Carlino. His motto is "play, learn, have fun!" He is the author of a series of successful educational-humorous works, including "Atlas of the World with Joe Canino," which has been translated into several languages.
