For over 30 years, she has worked in progressive roles encompasing global human capital management, organizational development, strategic business initiatives, and enterprise change leadership within the legal, nonprofit, public/government, finance, and faith-based industries with local, national, and international reach. Dr. Joanne is known as an inspirational well-being advocate, scholarly advisor, organizational culture transformation visionary, effectiveness sustainability architect, implementation coach, and people management guru. Currently, she is a Center of Leadership Studies and Organizational Research (CLSOR) Fellow at the College of Doctoral Studies at the University of Phoenix. Dr. Príncipe earned a Doctor of Management (DM) degree specializing in Organizational Leadership and has numerous professional credentials, including Board Certified Coach (BCC). Her recent publications include "The Third Culture People's Impact: Evolving the Future of Management and Leadership in the Post-Pandemic Era" (2023) and "The Work-Life Dynamics Cultural Impact: Evolving the Future of Strategic Holistic Ecosystems Post Pandemic" (2023). Dr. Vázquez de Príncipe's book entitled "Resilience of Multicultural and Multigenerational Leadership and Workplace Experience" will be released in 2024.
