Joanne S DavisJoAnne Davis was born, raised, and educated in Syracuse New York. She graduated from Syracuse University with a BS in Information Systems. She worked at SUNY Upstate Medical University for over fifty years, starting as a keypunch operator, advancing ver the years to become assistant director to her department. During this time, she and her husband also raised a son and a daughter. She currently resides in Syracuse with her husband, Ray.
