Joann V AltieroJoann V. Altiero is a child clinical psychologist, a professor at the University of Maryland Global campus, and a professor/former clinical director at Divine Mercy University. She was a diplomat of the Association of State and Provincial Psychology oards and president of the Maryland Psychological Association. She received an appreciation award and was appointed by the governor to serve a term in public office for the Board of Examiners also receiving an appreciation award.
