Joann DotsonJoAnn Dotson is a retired elementary educator with 32 years of service. She has a B.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education from Morris Brown College and has a Master's Degree in Psychology and Counseling from Troy State University and attended NorthCntral University Doctoral Program. She is married to Benjamin Dotson and she resides in her hometown of Sandersville, Georgia. She received numerous awards during her teaching career, most notable were Ridge Road Primary Teacher of the Year, Channel 13 WMAZ-My Teacher is Tops, Washington County Branch of the NAACP Teacher of the Year Award as well as the Chamber of Commerce Spotlight Teacher Award.
