Joan Zander MillardJoan Zander Millard grew up near the Ice Age Trail in south-central Wisconsin. At an early age, she was able to explore the trail and its many wonders, developing a love of her natural surroundings and the animals that roam there. This helped stoke a interest in art, which began her lifelong passion for drawing. Joan's professional career has always drawn upon her artistic background. Whether teaching drawing and design, or working for one of the largest advertising agencies in Madison, she continued to draw natural scenery and animals as her favorite pastime.
