Jiyeoun Jenna YooJi Yeoun (Jenna) Yoo, MD is an assistant professor of Neurology at the Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She received her medical degree from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea. She received her neurology residency training at Mount inai Medical Center, followed by a two-year fellowship in epilepsy/EEG at the comprehensive epilepsy center at Yale University. After her fellowship, she returned to Mt. Sinai to join the faculty. Dr. Yoo specializes in Epilepsy/EEG. She monitors and interprets EEGs for the patients in the epilepsy monitoring units, intensive care units, and in ambulatory settings. Dr. Yoo's clinical and research interests include medical management and pre-surgical evaluation of patients with epilepsy and their long term outcomes, cognitive and behavioral aspects of epilepsy, and EEG monitoring.
