Jimmy Craig PorterThe late Jimmy Porter was a West Texas native. He spent his life living in Midland, Texas, and he worked as a building contractor, custom painter, and oil & gas operator. Jimmy's lifelong passion for writing began in 1974 when one of his earliest wriings was published in a book of short stories. He was the youngest of the book's authors.
