Mr. Boswell served as the President of Baptist Medical Group, a nonprofit subsidiary of Baptist Memorial Healthcare. He was instrumental in the strategy development and implementation of the newly created medical group. Under Mr. Boswell's guidance, Baptist formed one of the largest physician groups in the mid-South.
