Jessica MilneJessica Milne is from the Comox Valley, British Columbia and grew up painting, drawing and taking photographs. She completed a double diploma in Fine Art and Graphic Design in the spring of 1998 from North Island College in Courtenay for which she reeived the Governor General's Award for outstanding achievement. She went on to the University of Victoria where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with Honours in the fall of 2001. Following her graduation from the University of Victoria, Jessica spent time teaching drawing and painting to adults and taking photographs for weddings.
