Jennifer R VeltsosJennifer R. Veltsos, PhD, is an associate professor of technical communication at Minnesota State University, Mankato, USA. Since 2007, she has taught undergraduate courses in business communication, technical communication, visual rhetoric ad document design, and research methods; at the graduate level, she has taught managerial communication, proposals, and instructional design. Since 2017, she is also the director of the university's Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.
