Jennifer ChandlerJennifer Chandler is an associate professor and department chair of management with California State University, Fullerton in the College of Business and Economics. She holds a B.A. from UCLA, an M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a P.D. from the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Chandler studies service innovation, technology, and the development of user-centric service systems, including mobile device usage, Internet of Things, and Big Data.
