Jenkins HightowerJenkins Hightower was born and raised in Chicago Illinois by his mother and father where he went to grammar school and high school. Afterward, he enlisted in the United States Marines and received an honorable discharge. He went to college and receivd an Associate's degree. He currently resides in East Chicago, Indiana.
