Jeffrey A JenkinsDr. Jeffrey Jenkins earned his law degree at the University of New Mexico School of Law, and his Doctorate in Educational Statistics and Measurement at Rutgers University. Dr. Jenkins also earned the M.A. in English Literature from the Bread Loaf Schol of English at Middlebury College. He practiced law in large and small firms for over a decade, and presently teaches courts, criminal law, research methods, and statistics in the School of Justice Studies at Roger Williams University.
