Jeff Renner Jeff Renner is meteorologist and broadcast professional who forecasted the weather for KING 5 News, and NBC affiliate, in Seattle for more than 35 years. He holds the prestigious Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) designation from the American eteorological Society, of which he is a member. Renner has served as an aviation meteorology instructor for Army helicopter pilots and as a board member for both the Mount Rainier Alpine Guides and Salish Sea Expeditions.
