More recently, she has Co-Founded and is COO at The Heroworx Institute, which provides accessible, innovative courses, programs and consultancy to equip a diverse workforce with the skills, methods and mindset to drive innovation and a sustainable digital economy. In these roles, Jeannie has worked within enterprises of varying sizes, from start-ups to International brands, to deliver business transformation across their organisations. Harnessing her experience in business and her work as a oneness teacher, Jeannie leads Purpose First business retreats with her husband, principally for people who want to leverage a deep understanding of themselves and their unique skills and abilities to bring about a culture of connection, purpose and meaning to transform the way we live and work. She is also the host of the 'Changemaker Mindset' podcast, where she interviews inspirational change makers to find out what drives them to work for a greater good, what they're doing and how they're doing it.
