Janie KinnaneJanie Kinnane grew up in Little Compton, RI. Her natural artistic abilities were discovered early on and further encouraged through various mentors. When asked by her mother to collaborate on this project, Janie initiated a process of figuring out wht medium would best encapsulate this story, which is set on their family farm. Through trial and error (and the help of local artist friends) Janie was introduced to zinc etching, which perfectly ties together her signature of block prints and watercolors to illustrate the beautiful message of this story.
