Janice KelseyMrs. Janice Wesley Kelsey is a native of Birmingham, Alabama where she received her secondary education in the Birmingham Public Schools. While a student at Ullman High School, Mrs. Kelsey became involved in the Civil Rights Movement. Janice earned abachelor's degree in Biology from Miles College, and an Educational Specialist degree and master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
